The L'Chaim 5K Run/Walk for Israel was begun in 2002 during Israel’s second intifada. YIJE's primary goal continues to be to raise consciousness and funds for the assistance of Israeli terror victims. Since 2001, YIJE has raised more than three-quarters of a million dollars, disbursing humanitarian aid and contributing to Israel’s security needs.
