Basketball League Registration 2022

2022 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR BOYS GRADES 9-12.  REGISTRATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS.  PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AND PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUTH DEPARTMENT REGISTRATION FOR 2019-2020 IS REQUIRED IF NOT ALREADY PAID.

BASKETBALL SEASON WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY.

We are in need of volunteer coaches.

2021-2022 Youth Department Registration is required for each child (if not already paid). This registration covers the entire school year including Little League Baseball season (if registering younger siblings as part of family maximum).

PLEASE NOTE: Basketball registration is NOT complete until both payment and emergency procedure form have been submitted. A link to the emergency procedure form will be sent to you once you submit this registration form. All fees and completed forms must be received by YIJE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 5, 2019. Parents are responsible for child’s transportation to and from the games. Coaches are volunteers and are not responsible for transportation.
