Please use this form to register the ONE email address that we will use to send your family a unique invitation to complete the selection survey for YIJE's next Rav.

The Rabbinic Search Committee will be using an anonymous electronic survey (powered by Survey Monkey) to poll the membership's preference between our two leading Rabbinic Candidates. Survey invitations will be sent via email on Sunday afternoon March 10th and the survey will remain open until noon on March 12th.

Even though you are submitting ONE email address per family, the survey will be designed so that married members WILL have the opportunity to split their response into two "half responses".
