The family of Rabbi Miki Mark, Hy"d, has turned for help in obtaining a bullet-proof vehicle to facilitate their travel to and from their home in Otniel without fear and trauma. The goal is to raise $220,000 to cover the cost of a Mitsubishi Pajero which will be built with special bullet proof glass and metal plates. The family will share the vehicle with other members of the Otniel community like the Meir family whose wife and mother, Dafna z"l, was murdered in their home.

Dear OU Advocacy Partner,
The State and Foreign Operations Appropriations Act of 2017, approved on June 29, contains a provision sponsored by Sen. Dan Coats (R-Ind.) that will restrict such payments. Tomorrow, the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on "Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Barriers to Peace."
Unfortunately, the perniciousness of Palestinian terrorism is terribly salient this week as we mourn the loss of 13-year old Hallel Ariel and Rabbi Miki Mark, 48, both of whom were murdered by Palestinian terrorists.
Urge Congress to eliminate any American support, financial or otherwise, to the Palestinian Authority that embraces and supports terrorism.
