The Young Israel of Jamaica Estates ballroom is available for simchas, community events, and meetings in a warm and welcoming synagogue setting.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
Catering & Kashrut
All food must be under the supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of Queens (VHQ). Any other supervision must be approved in advance by the Rabbi of YIJE.
Scheduling & Use
A signed rental agreement is required. Setup and breakdown are coordinated in advance and subject to synagogue scheduling and Shabbat/Yom Tov observance.
Event Timing
Events must conclude by 12:00 midnight on weekdays and 2:00 AM on Saturday night, where permitted.
General Guidelines
No smoking. No alcohol served to anyone under 21. Decorations may not damage the facility. YIJE is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
Insurance & Responsibility
Caterers must provide proof of standard liability insurance, listing YIJE as an additionally named insured. Renters are responsible for any damage during their event.
