COMPLETE FORM BELOW TO RESERVE LIFT TICKETS, RENTALS AND LESSONS FOR THE 2022 FAMILY SKI DAY AT CATAMOUNT MOUNTAIN!

YOU MAY ADD SEVERAL PARTICIPANTS ON THIS ONE FORM. PLEASE ENTER SELECTIONS CAREFULLY AS SOME  ARE SKI/SNOWBOARD SPECIFIC.

AS A REMINDER, THIS IS A FAMILY TRIP. TRANSPORTATION AND SUPERVISION ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Note:
Beginner Package is for first timers and limits participant to the beginner area only. Package includes, Beginner Area Lift Ticket, Rental and Lesson
All other lift tickets do NOT include rental or lesson which must be purchased separately below
Helmet (strongly recommended) is separate and must be purchased below
If renting Skis or Snowboard, please enter height, weight and shoe size below.
Helmet (strongly recommended) is separate and not included with ski or snowboard rental.
COMMITMENT TO COMBAT COVID-19
Checking the box above indicates that you acknowledge the following:

  • Follow mountain rules. All participants must follow the any rules posted by Catammount including any COVID-19 guidelines.

  • Stay home if sick. Anyone symptomatic, COVID-19 positive, required to quarantine or isolate according to CDC guidelines must stay home.

  • Keep us posted. Anyone who tests positive or develops symptoms within 48 hours of attending the program should notify us at youth@yije.org.
